need advice on injectors, feul pump, and spark plugs

Hey guys, i have a rev hard integra LS and need opinions on what injectors(brand and flow rate) what fuel pump, and what type and number plugs to use. thanks

I think we need more info like how much boost, running stand alone, what are your goals etc etc..

if u running a standalone u dont use a s-afc
