How do you take off a h22 vtec head?

Im trying to take off my h22 vtec head to get it port and polished. I took off the valve cover and took off all the bolts that hold those two plates over the cams. Can some explain to me what to do next, thanx

Take the cams out, then the head bolts ( under the cams, I think there's four ). Your head should come off.

Are the bolts reverse thread they are hard to take off

they are head STUDS, and they are a bitch to take out

get a helms manual, and use some arps next time you put them in
