Default Speedodometer Not working. Any Possible cause?

Hey guys! I was trying to attempt to take out my front dash board and wasn't successful, through the process of trying to take out the front dash board, when i put it back and bolted everything down, my speedodometer doesn't " raise up" when i press the gas to go? What's wrong? This is in a 90 crx. I check all the fuses under the left dash, I check the engine fuse box also. Everything else works. RPM, Cluster Lights, Temperature, Gas meter. . . . but not the speedodometer (mph)Reverse lights works so at this point. I can't seem to find out what's wrong?

Any help will be very useful.

it's a cble that is connected to a small round clip if you pulled that out without unplugging it it could have pulled the cable out of the clip and its a pain to re insert the cable into the clip

it should be easy, unclip the part that attaches to the cluster then put it in and clamp it with some plyers, then put it back in
