what is the difference?
what is the difference?
My plans for the car are a safe daily driver which I can take to Auto-X once or twice a season.
I am more concerned about what will happen to my rebounds with the stock shocks on aftermarket springs.

I really really recommend Stock ITR springs. If I remember correctly they are around 240 lbs in the front and progressive 190-260'ish in the rear. Once again the exact figures are not correct just off the top of my head. They should do the job for you.
Very comfortable, but I wanted less body roll so I went with some Omnipowers.

theyre for show only, i beleive the spring rates are around 200 in the front i THINK..not sure..but theyre mated with stock shocks and icant tell the difference between ride quality so thats a good thing...BTW when u install springs do a search cuz theres a lot of things that can go wrong

Progressive, get stiffer the more they compress. Linear, stay the same the more they compress.
