Damn 4"..
Thats to low..KYBs cant handle more then 2"-2.5" before they start to bottom out..
And I think if you blow them out because of being lower then 2" the warranty is void..

If you want to go that low get some re-valved koni yellows..
or better yet H&R full coilovers..Lowers the car 3"-5"

4" inches? What are you lowering them on, steelies? I have them on with about a 3" drop, but with shock mods, so the ride is actually pretty good.

you've got kyb's on a 3" drop with no complaints?

wtf? why go so low? number one ur ride quality sucks beause basicly ur using about an inch of ur strut. Number 2 u lose handling being that low! ur LCA's should be a flush level line with the ground thats perfect. Then being that low u get bump steer too. u can turn ur tie rod end upside down and drill the knuckle taper out some to fix that but seriously u dont get n where dropping it that much. if ur LCA's are at the angle that means
ur ride quality sucks, bump steer, loss of handling, no header clearance, no cat clearance. I mean thats horrible but we're all different and maybe ur not into handling performance or anything like that. KYB AGX are ok but just like they said not with being that low. Best bet get tokico HP's(blue). U can get those with tokico springs on ebay for 320 shipped! great ride too and street/track performance.

This happened after 4000 miles lowered 3.0"

True. I bought mine at discount tire. I raised the car up, went back to discount tire and played dumb. I blew one out and got 2 new ones.

After i crushed my header i raised the car up 1". The ride was much better.
