Default Tial BOV Flutter

I picked up a brand new Tial BOV recently, but after I had it put on I can only seem to get it to flutter, it doesn't seem like it wants to open or doesn't seem like it's opening fully to give that whip cracking whaaaapshh! I know it's soft but all I hear is flutter. I am not sure if maybe the vacuum line I am using is either to small, or maybe I need to tap a bigger and better vacuum source.

I've got a Turbo LS Motor running 10psi any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys!

probably have the 11psi spring in it that might be whats causing it...... the Tial BOV has 2 different spring rates in it. check to see which one it has

is there a way to check? I know that I requested the smaller spring but it looks like maybe I got the bigger spring which sucks. Um . . . . they don't use the same size spring as the wg spring do they?

If anyone has a small spring for the Tial BOV and wants to trade for the bigger one let me know.

cut the spring down...or just get the 7psi spring that they offer for the BOV.

Have you actually looked at it to see if it opens? Pull the throttle cable to rev it while you're looking at the piston, it should open at the transition to vacume, I know mine does. Don't judge a bov by sound alone.
