I was interested in this car until I found out it needed piston rings..
Looks like a clean rust free crx..

 

it needs rings after a 1k mile rebuild...who rebuilt it, some kid in elementary school?

Just the head was rebuilt

dont pay over 3 and u could probally sleep at night if you really wanted the car.

 

2000-2800 for a clean rust free CRX if it was from an area where CRX's are always rusted out (like Chicago).

ok honestly i would pay the most 1200...

 

damn 1200.... i would pay 2-2.5k if it has no rust. i wouldnt pay over 1000 if it has rust.

 

due to modifications and hood, i wouldnt go over 2000, probably not even that, and from the post about the piston rings, i sure hope you're disclosing all the facts. I wouldnt go above 1500 because of that but it's fixable for me so it woulnd't be a no-sale.
People on Ebay will jump on it for up to 3000 if you restore it to a nearly stock condition. Infact i might not even mention the head swap on there. Just sell it as an Si and put the other hood on it, get it painted.
No Rice will make it sell for way more on Ebay. Act like the average idiot on there "it has upgraded brakes because my friend had them in the garage. they work great" no details on performance, no true buyer wants to hear how it did in the 1/4 mile unless its under 10 seconds and is race legal (all safety gear etc.. ) the buyer doesnt want to think you've been racing it.

Cars like yours I buy cheap, strip all the upgrades, restore it to stock and sell it for twice what i bought it from you for, and sell the parts seperate or use them on my own CRX. Thats how its done if you want money out of it, rice doesnt sell.

 

I wouldnt pay anything over 2 grand only cause there is nothing to special about it

it needs a new engine...i bought a mint 91 si in red for 1200, all it needed was an alternator

I see that the CRX is imported from Nagano!!!

 

too bad it is a fake. JDM plates are not black and white. and do not have a black trim line printed on and bordering the plate. I, on the other hand, do have a JDM plate front and matching back. they are green on white and only have a black border with the JDM honda license plate frame.
