I've got one sitting at my mothers house. I'll grab it up tomorrow when I go out there and see what the part no is.

i dont think the part number is on the valve itself.

46210-SR3-013

that part is not for a integra prop valve is it?

why does that pic seem like half of a proportional valve?

i think you should stop ******* around with your safety (not to mention others) and just get a new proportional valve. if you prop valve is leaking, and it is not out of the threads for the lines, it BROKEN. just buy a new one.
