Need an answer fast!!!
Ok the shop where Iam getting the cam said that its not gonna fit in my car cause it is for a d16z6. I though that the zex cam would work on eaither. Can you tell me if it will or wont. Cause if I go ahead and order it and it doesnt work Iam still left with the cam. Thanks for the help

Damn, wish I knew but.....I have no clue......heard it does and heard it doesn't but never saw anyone with it in a Y.
BTW, I have seen that thing going for 270ish shipped!!!

Cams designed for use in the Z6 won't work in the Y8. Crane's website lists Y8 cams and uses new billet cores. Gude/Bullfrog offers reground cams too. HTH.

spec do you know this for sure??? Then why do cams for the d16z6 fit into 1.5 liter engines? The guy told me that zex is releaseing a cam for the y8 in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Has anyone heard this?? Thanks for the info.
