Default B16 no/weak spark

OK I have been working on my car for the past couple weeks and I can't seem to get it to turn over. I know cylinders 1 and 4 are firing but its not that strong of a spark and cylinders 2 and 3 aren't these are new pugs and wires also. I am getting fuel. i havent been able to find someone to let me use there distributor so i can see if that is the probleom I dont think it is cause it is sparking might be the ignitor coil but not the whole distributor. it might be the main relay also. All of my fuses are good. Also when I turn the key to the on position without turning it on my reverse lights come on i am thinking it might be a ground probleom. I beleive i have all my gorunds connected though tranny thermostat and from the motor to the chassis. The car is a crx converted to OBD1 i am usung a P30 ECU with a boomslang harness and a locash racing subharness. Any help would be appreciated.

Very similar problem happened to me not to long ago. Have you taken off your distributor cap to see if the rotor is ok. Mine tore around the screw that holds the rotor on the shaft but did not come completely off. This cause it to send weak/delayed spark and my car wouldn't turn over. Good Luck.
