Dude since I last talked to you guys I've been scamed by Civiceg6 for a B18A1 and 500 dollars, pretty ******* shitty if you ask me. However I still wanna get a swap in my CRX soon and Im thinking about this ZC swap from Honda Motors Online. http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30020.

My questions are as follows:

Can I use the stock ZC engine hanress with my stock HF ECU?

Can I use the stock shift linkage from my D-Series tranny?

Could I use my D-Series starter with the ZC, since mine is brand new?

I need to go read some more about this swap, but those are just some intitial questions, thanks in advance.

 

Sure that the zc harness wont work being the fact that the plugs are on opposite sides of car... And you would never want to use the HF ecu.....Crap for fuel and ignition maps, unless you want a slow zc. Linkage will work if you using the zc tranny, but axles and clutch issues then. I would recommend the Si tranny with a Nice act clutch and an Si ecu or maybe a 89 teg ecu. Ive had best luck with the zc and si ecu in my old ef. Ran out great with that combo. Good luck

 

Okay, so Im going to need to get a CRX SI Tranny, CRX SI ECU, but what axles should I use?

 

SI TRANNY IS D-SERIES SO I BELIEVE U CAN USE THE SI AXLES AS WELL

CRX AXLES, for any D Series will work, if u ever wanna get a ZC Tranny i got one for sale with half shaft, i also have many zc parts. let me know
