Default braided clutch line diameter?

i'm going to make my own braided clutch line to see if it will help out with my stiff *** aftermarket clutch. what size fittings and what diameter braided line do i need? tnx

i've heard it gives better pedal feel and that it reduces pedal effort a little bit

Make sure you use the teflon inner-lined braided line with steel fittings. The non-teflon lined hose will be less up to taking the pressure. The application might fall under the specifications for maximum pressure rating for non-teflon hose, but you should always used teflon-lined inner hose for high pressure apps.

Or, you could just buy a pre-fabricated FLP line from heeltoeauto for $20 to $30 and call it a day instead of looking all day for the metric adapter fittings.
