If you're sponsored by Spoon why don't you get one of their 10,000 RPM motors?

At 17, how do you get sponsored by Spoon to teach you how to race?

Darren, who'd <U>really</U> like to know.

I'm sponsored by Spork

To answer your turbo question it can be done, turbo lag can be elimiated with the proper turbo, and you can keep your oil temps down with such magical devices called oil coolers. Basically it all comes down to tuning, like anything else. So now that i helped ya hooook it up, i want 3 spoon engines by tommorow.

yeah if you are sponsered by spoon, they don't believe in Forced induction. Neither does Honda for that matter. SO just have them ship you a j-spec DC5 ITR. if it's only going to be for "amateur racers", who needs a street legal car.
Oh Yeah
I am Sponsered by BAR Honda

You will have a very hard time finding a place to race with a turbocharged Integra, so Spoon might be disappointed...

I am puzzled as to why Spoon doesn't just sponsor those NASA drivers that are assigned to teach you instead. But regardless of the reason, good luck in your endeavors!

im actually sponsored by spoon and i'm going to do track racing pretty soon. spoon is going to have these drivers to teach me how to race on tracks like infineon raceway and thunder hill and stuff.. i was thinking about turbo because turbo is the best invention in the world.. anyways i'm going to do 3 mile races and like 10 laps, so like 30 miles in all, i was wondering if turbo would just break my car with that hardcore racing, jus wondering how bad would things like turbo lag, oil temperature.. or whatever else there is to consider, because i know turbo is pretty good for straight lines and such but how good is it for track racing? reliabity? thanks.</TD></TR></TABLE>

DUDDDDDDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

**** the turbo, the Clapper is the best invention in the world ...

Sure you can turbo a Honda and road race it with good results and reliability. It just costs a lot more. At 17, I doubt you can afford much road racing to begin with (it costs a lot more than the entry fees), especially a high maintenance car in a high dollar class.

I think I will e-mail him, and let him know what kind of a-hole he is supposedly sponsoring, and how this person is representing themselves in the Honda community.
