cell 20. help..

cell 20. help..
I searched and i still have no answer.
Ok guys i am throwing cel 20 (electrical Load detector) how can i fix this problem? My car dies when i drive, so i went to auto zone and they told me that my alternator was bad. Could my alternator be causing this problem?
I am also throwing code 14(idle air control valve)
I am using a p28 chipped ecu with a jumper harness.
btw i have a 99 civic.
gsr motor.
