I but connected the wires back together and plugged the plug back in above the brake pedal. Still no brakes! My battery works great, The brake light bulbs work cuz when i turn on the headlights one of the 2 flints go on, The fuse is not blown, I even tried putting it back in the empty fuse place for power and nope not working. Do i need a new brake light switch??? Thanks in Advance

What about those wires that ran along the rail? I remember u saying "i wonder what they were trying to do here?" Check those out and compare wire colors with the ones that go to the brake light switch. Also, reconnect them of course if they are cut.
