yea so I niticed there is quite of few things needed to be changed over when switching... I have the manifold sitting in the garage waiting to be dropped in, just wondering if you guys had any info on the install..
your probably one of the first few on the board that will do the install, it hasn't been out that long, maybe someone from the civic forum will roll in here that has done this in their hybrid
lol i did the install in a few hrs on my 5th gen type SH.
you gonna need to swap all sensors, TB, and IACV. Good luck with the damn intake temp sensor that damn thing is in there so good. Make sure you dont strip the screws or you will be kicking yourself. have a good time, its a major pain in the ***.

Channel locks clamped around the tip takes them off quickly. The lock washer really does its job on that sensor.
Idle air control valve doesn't really need the coolant line, so just don't hook them up. (Coolant lines) Fast idle valve mounted on the firewall would be best. It requires the coolant lines and is best off the intake manifold. ya know. While your there....

It lowers intake temp by insulating mani from head.

ok I got it in, now just hooking up heres and theres..... Im not running any coolant to the mani, as for the iat sensor, had to cut a slot in the screws to get them out.... My fast idle valve was blocked off from long ago ( coolant bypass mod) I think Im ready to go, cranking it up today...
ill admit it, this is thread jacking so put your hands up....hahah
on the topic of the iacv not needing the coolant lines, is this actually true? what purpose do they serve it now?
i dont want idle bounce though so if that will do it dont bother explaining....

The coolant lines keep the IACV from freezing in cold weather. It matters your climate if you can loop them or not.
