Default "Exhaust System & Fluids" advice needed

hey, wassup guys

Vehicle: ITR 121-01
Location: NY

Unfortunately my cat went bad and started to rattle. I have a JDM ITR 4-1 header and from the cat to the very muffler is pretty much some aftermarket BS that came with the car when I purchased it. Now is time to change the cat and I have some doubts on what to put and while I'm at it, change the exhaust pipes and muffler.

I had in mind: T1R pipes and Moogen Exhaust or Moogen all the way both with a carsound 2.5" cat. (any suggestion are welcome)

I also need to change my oil and I think my tranny oil too because my car has 18,000 miles and I don't know if the previous owner change the tranny oil. My question is what fluids to use for the motor oil and for the tranny oil (please advice.)

thanks for your helps and happy holidays guys

here is a pic of my brothers ITR (left) and my ITR (right)

And this is a pic of the car that my ITR replaced (hope you like it)

for carsound cat, see if rattle stops after placing 2 metal hose clamps around the cat.. it worked in my case..

for exhaust.. refer to https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=766629 - many threads to help you decide no what you need and if you need it.

as for oil, refer to very first section in https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=766629 .. oil question in this forum has been beat many times and its somewhat of personal preference.

thanks a lot, vtec.dc2

but about the cat, I don't think is clamps that it needs because my check engine light up and I checked the code and it was the O2 sensor on the cat, so I think it's an internal problem.

If the code is for the o2 sensor then replace the o2 sensor not the cat

as for tranny fluid Honda MTF and oil I use is Amsoil 5w30
