Default TPS testing and setting procedure?

Can someone post up the directions on what to test, and how to adjust the TPS?

Thanks, Josh

Check voltage from the ecu on the yellow/white wire. Should be about 5v. Reconnect the connector, with engine off, backprobe the red/blue wire. With throttle fully closed, the voltage should read approximately 0.5 volts. Gradually open the throttle and it should increase to approximately 4.5 volts at WOT.

Don't worry about WOT, worry about idle , which is best between .45-.5 Volts
