h22 block is identical to h23 block, talking a bare block, they just have different stamps, and of course different crank, rods, pistons,

What are you trying to do??
I have an H23 block. Not sure if you can use any parts from it though. It does have the balancer shafts, oil pump, and oil cooler. I have an ODBI H22 oil pump too.
I am in Maryland too.
