Default civic 92-95 quarter panel skin

Once i saw this on ebay and on a website (aftermarket quarter panel skin)... they were selling each side for 40$. I'd like to know were i could find some.

i just want to rebuild my rear end and i dont feel like going in a scrapyard and cut myself a pair of quarter panel...
