I went to dealership for check engine light with canister...leaking or something..emmission s???. anyways..I went into where they were fixing my car. I talked this guy and said ...best for torque...gains with twin loop exhaust. he said from header 2 by 2 and it ends as 2 by 2. I don't believe anything about back pressure. and I was juss wondering why this guy talked about twin loop exhaust for my R...I'm juss lost. and I'm planning on to get an cat-back exhaust. any of ur recommandationssssssss

 

I know Mugen makes a twin-loop, and pretty much everyone here likes Mugen. I believe that DC Sports makes one also, but I don't know anything about it.

 

any kind of exhaust doesn't give you **** on increasing HP on an R. waste of money

 

this is true if your running just bolton's... get into bigger mods ie. cams and head, work then it will help you a little more.

Twin-loop design is mainly for sound cancellation. Not for so called "BACK PRESSURE".

Mugen's Design is to shift the exhaust wavelenght by half, so it can reduce the exhaust noise. Not for what you called "Back pressure"
