so Manson on a scale 1-10...10 saying just **** it an buy a new on and 1 saying you could do it in your sleep what would you rate rebuilding your distributor?
Mine is leaking through the oil seal so I figured while I have it all apart replacing that I will go ahead and replace the bearings too. Any pointers before I jump into it?
thansk

it was awhile ago...more than a year since i've done it. I would say its around a 6 or so. my only advise is to take it slow and make notes on what goes where... those things are packed. One thing i do remember was there were some moving parts that looked like they needed to be placed certain distances from the magnets. when i rebuilt mine i used the markings the screws left to make sure i put them in the right spot.

take your time.

If you say forget this..... buy from Distributor King. he's a sponsor on the board and has great prices.
