Would you rent a garage for 40 bux a month if you lived in the ghetto?
The garage is like a 1/2 block away. Its 40 bux, and it locks. I park in an alley. What would ya do????

Rent it! Make sure that you are the only one with a key.
If it has electrical hook ups and you can do a small amount of work there, grab it fast.

Ya, its just a small single garage. My friend Carina is moving in, and cant afford the included garage. I dont know if it has power, ill check.

Sounds like a damn good deal. Hopefully it has power, and if it does and u use it, would that add to your monthly costs?

Nope, if there was power it would be free... I think its a very very small garage.

good. I mean for $40.00 its so much more peace of mine that at least your car is out of site and locked up. Don'y forget to booby trap the garage!! a few flash grenades, some laser pointers inside, some sirens, hee hee getting carried away.

i pay 60 for a detached and its coo! cause i can see the door to it from my app....but if ur ****'s gonna be like half a block away then thats a whole diffrent story cause what if some fokers break into it and do there thing (strip) in the garage w/ out you knowing WTF's going on.....id think about it...although it seems like you'll be stuck between a rock and a hard spot deciding!!!!
