Best Spring Rates for AutoX and Road Race?
I have a 92 eg6 which I use for AutoX and Road Racing (Targa) in which I have a set of Tein RS dampers installed. The RS damper is made for the Integra Type R (not the eg6). I think the spring rates may be to high for the rear end of the car because it seems a little loose no matter what I try on the adjustments (and there's alot of adjustments). I was wondering what spring rates would be considered best (and I know alot of it is personal preference) for rear end response and ultimatly traction? While we're on the topic, what about front spring rates? I don't have the ratings of the RS dampers in front of me but next time I'm near the car I'll write them down and post them up.
Just serach man! There are tons of threads on suspension setup in this forum!
Also, look in the FAQ at the top of the page!

Right.
And there is no best spring rate..... all depends on the driver's skill level/style, the tracks you run, the tires you use, etc, etc, ad nauseum. Test and tune, test and tune, again and again.
