very. I have a long list (*.DOC) of the stuff that I have done to the car.
OEM parts are a must IMO.

Ok, but this is moot unless you're trying to prove maintenance to a buyer.
Sorry if I can't understand what you typed, it didn't make a heck of a lot of sense, (poor spelling and punctuation, etc).

well, theres one possible way.... just tell them that you work for a shop
its up to them to believe you or not, based on your demeanor and your knowledge.
if you tell them something along the lines "yeah all maint,s done. all done. really."
they may or may not believe you. give it a try, some buyers will insist on a maintenance record.

Well, if you plan to sell it in the future, you might want to now at least start/maintain a mainenance log for everything done.
It will be hard to prove or disprove without dealership reciepts. But you might also just sell it to another person if this is an issue.

The best way to prove you've done all the maintenance is to save the used items.
Keep all the old oil, belts. coolant, mtf, etc. To save space, it's fine to keep all the fluids in one barrel.
When you sell the car, show the buyer all of the fluids and used parts.

Most people would trust a log book. Get one.
Also I like to keep a sample of used fluids embedded in my skin so people know I worked on my car recently.
