Default Checked timing belt, now squealing goes on...?

A few weeks ago i wanted to check my timing belt on my 99 Civic ex. I took all the belts off their pulleys(the powersteering one completly out), took of the idler pulley tensioner. after i took the top cover of the timing belt i put it back on, and reversed everything i did to put everything on. Now ever sense iv put everything on it seems to squeal whever i accelerated but stop after 1700rpms. now it seems to be getting worse, it does it even when i am just cruising speed on a reg city street. i thought it was the power steering belt so i replaced that and it still does it. any ideas? could it be the idle tensioner bearing going out or anything? its pretty cold out now so when i start up my car it starts doin it about 10 or 20 seconds after i start my car up and start driving and keeps on goin even when the car has been driven for a while. any ideas?
