Default Tuning a 1993 VTEC PRELUDE TURBO

I installed DSM 450cc injectors and tried a custom chipped P28 ECU to match the injectors. That setup didn't work out so well so I plan on putting the stock 340cc peak and hold injectors in the car with the stock P13 ECU. If I run low boost (5-7 psi) do I really need bigger injectors? Also what is the best computer management for the money if I need one? What does everyone who buys a turbo kit for their Prelude run as far as engine management system? I'm looking for of course safety, and reliability/driveability. Do I have to spend $300+ on Hondata in order to properly tune the car? Thanks
