Default removing needles off of cluster..done it? I need some assistance

I pulled my RPM needle gauge off and I put it back on, the needle has some play in it, in and out..is this normal, it doesn't return back to the stop point if its pushed in, but does if its pulled out..I don't know I think I broke it lol.. can someone give me some insight.

Thanks, Josh

I dont think those needles are meant to be removable. I tried removing one of mine while putting on gauge faces and it broke. I think you may have broken yours too

When I was going to put on some guages I took of the fuel needle (the most important needle) and thouhgt I could get it back in yeah. I never had any luck with that, I spoke with a mechanic and at a local Honda dealership and he said there is no way you can do it. My best advice is replace the tach part of your cluster, or buy a new one.

I have a cluster for sale if you need it. Drop me a PM if you decide.
