Are the 2000 USDM itr tranny the same as the 2000 jdm itr tranny?

Default Are the 2000 USDM itr tranny the same as the 2000 jdm itr tranny?

are the gear ratios on the tranny the same? The final drive might be the same... but prob a lil closer on the jdm? Anyone care to fill me in

NOPE.....

The 98 Spec ITR JDM tranny and up has a different final drive and 4~5 gears
98 JDM ITR final 4.785
4~5 same gears as in the USMD GS-Rs

97-01 USDM ITR Tranny is the same as a 96 Spec JDM Tranny 4.4 FD same gearing and an LSD

'98 jdm spec r tranny though is a 4.78 FD...making the '00 spec R the same as the '98.
