Default How to ID the ITR exhaust cam?

I'm about to buy a set of used CTR intake cam/ITR exhaust cam from this person located locally. Before i cash out the money for the cams, i was wondering if there was a way i could identify the ITR exhaust cam shaft? any codes or anything to look out for? I know that for the CTR intake cam there are two rings on the distributor side of the cam.

would it work if i got the specs for the cams and i could measure the lobes with a ruler? i'm not really sure how that works.
