You guys will be fine. Whether or not you're getting passed left and right (I was last year, and I'm probably going to be again this year
), it's an awesome track, and you're guaranteed to have a blast. That is, as long as the track isn't covered with ice and snow

FYI, there is a new hotel choice when you are racing at VIR. Best Western just opened a hotel on highway 58 on the east side of town (near the airport and the Sleep Inn). Looks like regular rates are around $60-70 per night.
Best Western Windsor Inn

So is this an HPDE and race weekend together? How many HPDE days? And how many race days? I'm thinking of going to the Lowe's or VIR one and not sure if I would do the HPDE or the race. The wheels are turning.

yes, all of them feature HPDE and racing. Except maybe hyper-fizzle, which is special and has whatever Chris cooks up

Woot! Registering now. As for HPDE/Racing, in one of the other threads, some of the ECHC races are NOT on those listed weekends. I have no idea what the specifics are, but apparently the details are on the HC Racers Only forum at HA.net.

We tracked Limerock this past November in the frigid weather and snow falling through both sessions 3 & 4.
T'was an experience on R comp's to say the least.
I really can't pick and choose events with my time constraints and must take advantage of anything I can get so, I tend to drive in Any type of weather. It's definitely good experience though. Maybe not optimal but I am able to keep a very good pace in the rain now.

I heard the esses are worth the tow.
