Do you even know what an H23 VTEC is? I don't think so......anyhow, the answer is no if you mean the exhaust manifold.

yes i do it a h22 head on a h23 block and you also need h22 thermostat housing
h22 waterpipe, h22 waterpump, h22 headgasket, h22 lower crank gear, h22 timing belt, h22 headbolts, h22 plug wires, h22 intake manifold and injectors, h22 header and downpipe, h22 cam gears, h22 top timing belt covers, h22 power steering braket to complet the swap. So dont even thing that i dont know what a h23vtec is. Its people like you that pi$$ me off just because how i worded my post.

P.S. if i buy turbo there will be no eghaust manifold there will be a turbo manifold!

ps. exhaust manifolds and turbo manifold! will have the same H23 bolt pattern so no it won't fit on an H22a head.

pps. turbo manifold! is an exhaust manifold

You just need a manifold that will fit an H22 head. That is all.

****

turbo kits do not use the block other than the oil pan. So when you are thinking about turbo kits you will want to axe yourself what head are you using?

H23 Head = H23 turbo kit
H22 Head = H22 turbo kit

So therefore, H23 VTEC or, H22a head, H23 block would require an H22a turbo kit.

But the larger question is, once you have an H23 turbo why the **** would you change the heads? NO REASON, I think you're just talking out of your *** and daydreaming about some monster H23 VTEC turbo thing.... no offense, but anyone thinking straight would not decide to turbo an H23...then make it a VTEC..it makes no sense

I'm not saying it can't be done..I'm just saying it's a stupid idea unless you just have money to burn and time to waste

haha from canada eh? your going to axe him lol sorry joel i just thought it was funny..

to answer the question

h23 != h22 bolt patter intake side OR exhaust side.

turbo your h23 and call it a day, the h23 doesn't like the higher revs that your temped to do with a vtec head.
