Default New AR Fab H22 manifold!!!

Here is some pics to show you guys what we are currently working on in the shop, this is our new prototype H22 manifold that allows you to keep the factory front Engine mount. Still requires that you use a 92-95 civic radiator. The flange is on the for mocking purposes, the actual flange is being water jetted as i type.

Enjoy

looks good....i do a lot of H22 stuff, i need to make a new manifold for my h22 hatch and i can't figure out how im going to do it yet. if the stupid alt. wasnt there it would be easy...i may just have to relocate that? what size tube is that between the collector and the turbo flange? i should probably just get a smaller turbo..that would make my life easier. T72 with "S" cover takes up too much damn space.

judging by the v-band housing i'd assume thats a T4 flange. my collector i got form B18C1cya fit my T3 flange perfectly....so i was kind of currious if it was going to be a little small for the T4 flange. havnt had a chance to ask him yet. if i remember correctly they said that is just a mock up flange for this application. are you guys going to smooth the collector so that it mates up flush to the tube between the collector and the flange? hey it could almost be a front mounted turbocharger! keep posting the progress! fabrication rules. i dont think i could ever "buy" a turbo kit...what fun is that!

the collector will fit t4 if you trim it back , i make them that way so you can fit it to your needs , and they said they are cutting a new inlet flange for the turbo , so yeah that is just for mock up ,

We have Waterjetted flanges that are bored with a round hole......as far as the collector having gaps.....its flat now...I was mocking up the manifold at the time of pics....its now fully welded and machined....

As far as production...Ill make one for anyone who askes...I doubt I will keep them on the shelf. The ScionTC Manifolds adn our new B-Series manifolds will be production....

We have them manufacted for us now.....so I can keep the cost down....but a 3" Donut is expensive!!!!!!

haha

given the fact that the scion can be fitted with a supercharger from the factory and toyota's reputation for building tough motors i was wondering how the stock bottom end looked...and how you think the block will hold up with and without sleeves?

i like the way those things look...but i don't like how much they weigh.

its gonna take 600hp to run 10's in that thing.
