I was car jacked at gun point last night "12/13/04" @ 10:28pm for my 92 civic lx sedan in portsmouth virginia the churchland area.... Luckly my car was recovered only 3 hours after the car jacking. ill keep you guys updated... a picture i took of my car only a few hours b4 the car jacking...

was the car-jacker caught with your car when they found it or was only your car found?

 

only my car was found the police said it looked like they where coming back for the car. I was saying to my self to why take my lil *** honda and not a nice benz with 20 inch rims

They could have been planning to use it for a get away vehicle or something and stashed it thinking it would be there when they come back for it since it's not a flashy car that draws a lot of attention like a "benz with 20" rims" on it would.

Sorry for your experience. Maybe look into remote activated theft recovery for your alarm just for peace of mind. Or a GPS alarm.

 

glad no one got hurt now get an alarm with anti car jack feature.. or a clifford black jax stand alone anti car jack that way you know they arent getting the very far. and the siren will be blaring like crazy!

Good thing you gave it up man. Here in Vegas, a friend of a friend found himself at gunpoint w/ the theives demanding his honda. He promptly told them to get lost, turned around to get into his car, and woke up in a hospital w/ a bullet in his back, and his car missing.

 

^ Dang that sucks. So kids the lesson that we all can learn here is that your car isnt worth your life, no matter how much you have invested in it. Unless its an imported R34 *drools*
