What to do?
Hey guys, what to do? My trans on my CRX died. so im in the market for one. Should I get a junk yard trans? JDM trans? or what?
I can do all the work my self, Ive swaped trans in my DSM. so im not total newb.
heres the issue, its a DX, should I get a DX trans, SI trans, or what? I would like to use the SAME axles that I have in there now, I need to do this cheeply,

oh man I totally deleted my post instead of updating it... I'm such a tool.
I don't feel like typing it all again. Long story short, get an SI tranny. You can use your axles and it's direct bolt on. That ot get a DX again. I recommend Si.
god damn I suck

Of course ..
but you wont be using the tranny to its full potential when you only have 2 injectors and a throttle body smaller then a golf ball on the motor..
Its just like if you have a mpfi swap and leave in the stock 4spd or dx tranny,,it wont be used to its full potential..
What happend to your talon..it break down.??

well, I got the CRX not to avoid it really, cause the trans will break if it just feals like it. anyhoo, Im pullin it tommaro. would it be cost effective to bring the trans to a trans shop and ask them what happend and see if it would be cheep to fix? or say **** it and grab a junk yard trans and hope??
