Default Clicking from the front wheels / axle?

Car info: 2001 Honda Accord 2.3l 5 spd Sedan.

A quick preface: I only hear this clicking / clunking sound AFTER I had messed with my suspension by replacing it with omnipower usa coilovers and then to eibach pro-kit / stock struts. The first few times During the install / removal / install / tuning / etc... I would have to push down on the control arm so I had enough room to install / remove the springs / strugs / coilovers.

Im not sure if this damaged anything, so later on I started to remove the bolts that held what looked the sway bars and other parts that bolted onto the lower control arm. There was ONE nut that would not come off... it was in the front left driver side and was on a bolt that had a strange circular cap with smaller circles on the top. Sorta like a circular lego piece... it was holding the front sway bar I think.

Anyway, when I tried to loosen that one nut, the whole bolt turned with it.. and would not come off. I took off a nut from the rear that was on a similar bolt/cap and did not have any problems. i tried to retighten it but it did not seem to get any tighter or looser... is this the cause of the clicking / clunking?

Also, I tapped my axle shaft by hand with a bit of force and hear it go click click when I hit it. But I also notice that my springs are pretty close together so maybe they are just bottoming out and clicking on eachother? Im pretty stumped and afarid that I screwed something up.

The clicking / clunking sound can only be heard on some bumps, not all of them and speed is not a factor either, fast or slow. It is usually the quick bumps that I hear it. If the bump is gradual then no click / clunk is heard. IE: going out into the street from the driveway curb, there is a click / clunk. Going over speed bumps there is a click / clunk. But driving on the freeway with the ups / downs there is no sound...

Any ideas what I can check or do to make sure I didnt screw something up or solve this problem?

Thanks

Is overtightening them bad or can cause the clicking sound? I had to use an impact wrench on several ocasions and also used it to put the bolts back on... I need to invest in a good torque wrench.

Also why cant I tighten that one nut that is on bolt with black circular lego looking top... It is the one connected to the sway bar. The nut just keeps spinning in either direction along with the bolt?
