I know i posted about radios But...
****** Pucker, I hit a snag...
The stock radio is mounted by the back and mine is mounted by the sides and the car has no brackets along the side, ANY IDEAS??? I could "make" a bracket but it would be flimsy or is that what I have to do? (May be a kit made for it ?)
and by the way when I make something, it falls apart and I get hurt
Please give me some advise
thanks

The aftermarket unit should come with a mounting sleeve.
Use that and a DIN kit, available at any best buy, circuit city, stereo shop etc

what kind of deck are you putting in? Is it a n aftermarket deck or a factory deck for another car? If its an aftermarket then go to your local strereo place and pick up a kit made for the integra. If its a factory from another car then youll have make something.

I'll see if I still have the sleeve 3 years later, thanks...
Found it, but its this small sleeve (pioneer P1R) it only covers half the radio body once slid on, well I'll try to do something....
And he heads into the garage...

PS If you do decide to do it yourself, Get the Metra kit like Steve said and I'd also suggest to make an L Shaped bracket from sheet metal or aluminum, to secure the radio in (Like the stock ones)
If your really good You dont even need the kit. Make Brackets to hold the stock Plastic pocket under your radio to your new one (the whole thing will fit in perfect) and use the above made L bracket to hold it all in.
