Default my wipers aren't working

After washing my car at a car wash bay, when I came out, my wipers and wipers fluid aren't working at all.

My block heater chord prongs was exposed to the water since it sticks out from the engine hood.

What coul dit be? Fuse?

I checked the fuse. It's blown. I replaced it with anotehr 15 A. It gets blown up right away.

Why would there be so much load all of a sudden?

Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't really drive in this mucky 1-2C weather with the snow melting and getting crap all over my windhsield.

Check wiper motor wires. If you have to get a new motor, its not hard at all.

look for a short. blowing fuses is generally caused by a wire shorting to another surface.
