J 've also bought Apexi VAFC II What do you think J need more????
2) Another question is : How can J set-up VTEC to APEXI (low or high for camshafts skunk2 stage 2 )

For an Naturally Aspriated R, I don't think Hondata is a requirement. But it will let you get the most power out of the car, with the best tune. You have to find a tuner that knows Hondata. (Edit, for a turbo R, you're constantly closer to blowing up, so I'd recommend Hondata for that. It's what I use.)
VAFC isn't really bad, is it?
Good luck, and send pictures from Poland (send one of your keyboard too

VAFC only works when WOT... otherwise the ECU remains the same...
AEM EMS would be the best for tunning if you can get someone to tune over there.

a VAFC doesn't allow for timing control. a MUST on any build when you want to mazimize reliability and power production. a stock ECU will blow up a car that has raised compression. as will MOST chipped ecu's unless the program is optimized for the setup.
hell, even on my stock motor, I gained 7 peak hp and 15hp from 2500-5500rpm just by switching to neptune and getting t00ned.

DC header is crap, AEM intake is crap, and the AEM gears are crap. Substitute those with some quality parts and you will be fine and a hondata and some tuning.

Them fighting words....
Wait till I tell Guillotine on youuuu....
I suggest you give the AEM a try, look around on this forum and there will be AEM lovers and haters on the intake. For whatever reason it may produce almost astounding gains of up to 10whp....on another similar setup, it'll lose power. I guess I am one of the fortunate few who have experienced these awesome gains....and continue to do so....
Somebody send the man some tail lights...I'm sure Opie is wondering where his stockers went.... haha
I recently picked these camgears up....been really pleased with them
