How much does an H22 weigh?
Ok, so I did a search and I looked through the FAQ and I couldn't find any weights of just the engine. A friend is considering an H22 swap into his CRX and we're trying to determine how much heavier the H22 is than the dual cam ZC that he's currently running. Anybody know?
thanks in advance

I couldnt tell you how much it weighs but ive seen in person and driven in a h22 crx with just coilovers and it felt fine.
Except for the fact that wheel spin is a MAJOR problem lol, you will see what I mean.

WARNING: many people on here are full of ****. An h22a powered EG/EF does NOT have serious handling problems as many will claim. I drove mine all summer and have noting to complain about accept that my tires are completely balled

475lbs, engine+tranny. That's with no accessaries except alternator. It includes the upper factory header but not the lower section. I know because I weighed everything before it went in my Mini project.
