What did you do to your car? That is the single ugliest mod i've ever seen. But if you made it yourself....good job...put it on a different car.
sorry but that's me.

beyond "pretty much useless," if it is infact jus sitting over top of the dash, its dumb as hell. Replacign parts with lightweight material is cool, but putting lightweight material, overtop of heavy ****, is just rice. thats like putting on a fake hood scoop.

He asked what we thought, so dont ******* cry when some one actually tells him. whast childish is putting lightweight material over top of heavy matial, and pretending it is makign it light weight. Of course i am going to tell him my opinion, i am not trying to gain popularity here, i am trying to speak the truth.

Damn some of u people are so worried about putting everyone stuff down. Its his car.
I think its looks good. I would really like to learn how to do CF work for myself. Keep it up and don't let some of the asses on here discourage you.

well put it this way..if he did that himself, think of all the so called "ricers" out there? say he made 100 of those and each one cost him 30 to make thats 300 bucks...now all the ricers and show car people would buy that for 100..so whats that like 140%?? **** u get ur money back plus 70 more? good way to start a little extra money if u ask me...ebay that ****...congrats to u and the person who comes up with a carbon fiber OEM dash for a EF...now theres some money..

Thanks for all the feed back( good & bad), that is by far the quickest response that I have ever gotten!

To answer some of your questions:
-No I didn't make it(wish I had the skills though)Bought it from CF technologies in company in Canada. And the glare isn't that bad.
-Ya it just covers up the plastic factory cover, but then again how much horse power can you gain by shedding .9lbs??
-As for those who think it is the ugliest thing they ever saw, I asked you told. Iwould of done the same.

how do you know if he isn't going to do the rest of the dash and then replace the heavy dash with the panels he made. you dont.

i think its pretty good quality work.

i almost honestly think some of you guys calling out rice are just jealous that you didnt think of it, or cuz you dont know how.

i dont consider anything rice that you put your sweat and tears into. unless it makes the car look god awful ugly.

well thats why i asked. and after having looked and seen that it was like hot glue gunned on, i made my mind up that it was staying that way. also the full interior made me think it too.

nah i am not jealous i didnt think up buying a lightweight piece to ADD to my car. when i actually do get clever and do somehtign to my car, i do it to make the car better.

Well, u would gain as much horsepower as if you shed 500 lbs.............

but i do respect that you took the negative feedback well, mature of u
