apexi v-tec controller help
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, and drive a 99 Civic Si with cai/h/e.
A friend of mine with a similar car has an Apexi V-AFC and I was thinking of getting one myself. But we live in South Carolina, so there are no places around where we can find the most effective way to set the fuel-to-air ratio. Even the local civic tuner shops are clueless.
If you guys can give me any suggestions on how to set the controller i would appreciate it. Settings that have worked well with you would also be helpful.

you would need to dyno the car,, each car is completely different and could cause dangerous problems if you used someones settings and they are to lean or rich for your motor
be careful if you are trying to set the settings without a dyno! I would recommend taking a short road trip to a shop that can tune it correctly.. also the v-afc does not really give you any HP without major internal mods.. it will however give you the opportunity to tune your power line all the way thru out and to change your vtec engagement point.. thats about it!
give us a call i see you live in SC, we are in charleston and can help you tune the vafc with the dyno down here.. And welcome to H-T
