I solved this problem (i think/i hope) so i figured i post what i found.
My car was stuttering worse and worse daily with the symptoms of a plug not firing. At the end of this process it was stutterign so bad it felt like 2 plugs werent firing and the car would stall immediatly when the RPMs were below 400 (the car wouldnt idle any higher due to the stutter)

I tried to change plugs, wires, throttle body, everything. Then when i did the plug test of pulling the plugs out one by one while a friend idles the car at a reasonable engine speed, none of the plugs were found guilty for not firing.

After taking the car to a shop to fix it, he said to look at the ECU because they do go bad (though rarely). When switching the ECU with another accord i found that one of the ECU wirign harnesses was VERY loose to the point i could easily pull it out (usually they are pretty tough to get loose).

So if you have this problem, check your ECU along with plugs and wires.
