Default Sputter, baffle ... B20c problem

As stated I have a B20c engine (GSR/ B20B) and I am havingt this issue.
The car starts but it hesitates, then it revs irradically. When i give it gas the muffler baffles and it souns like i'm giving the engine more than it can take.

Engine light comes on and flashes, when i take the battery terminal off and restart the ecu, car starts fine and drives, once i turn it off it happens again.
I am told it is sark plugs but i cease to believe that.

Any advice ???
is it a sensor ima haffi change??
Or is it really spark plugs and plug wires?
