how can i eliminate the o2 in the cat

how can i eliminate the o2 in the cat and have the check engine light go out, is it possible. do i have to loop somthing, i need this done asap...

convert to obd1 or like he said, An o2 sensor stimulator...I think Casper Electronics makes one...
Why do you want it out? Getting inspection done or something?
