Auto stuck in gear

Have a 1999 integra that is stuck in gear. It goes though all the gears but will not go into park. Any ideas???

When you pull the plate off underneath (some 10mm bolts), there is a pin that holds the cable in place onto the transmission. Make sure that is not stuck on something, as I've seen that happen before.

Otherwise, make sure it's not something stupid/simple like putting the key into the shifter console and unlocking it and allowing you to move the shifter.
