I have a customer with a 2003 Golf GTI with the AWP 1.8T motor.
We've been planning to upgrade the turbo for awhile now.
Finally we've decided to go with ATP's manifold and a T3/T04E turbo from Cheapturbo.
Anyway, to run the car I've been thinking of using the Greddy E-manage. I've used the E-manage many times already on other cars thats why I want to use it here also.
I've read some posts about getting the E-manage to work on VW's. Appearantly, you only hook-up one injector wire to only one injector. ??? Anyone know the truth behind this?
Also, I've heard that on 2002 and newer VW's that the timing functions of the E-manage won't work???
We're using a Tial 38mm wastegate and what I need to know is should a hook-up the stock N75 boost control solenoid to the Tial gate or should a run a separate vacuum hose to the intake manifold for the gate and BOV???
Any help is appreciated guys...thanks in advance.
