Yes i used honda bond in the corners. Does anyone think that the block could actually be warped??????I guess i'll just have to do it again.

i dont have a b16, but i do got the same problem on my a6. im thinking its the main seal on my cuase im going through a quart a week on my car and the oil is all around the crank pulley. ive changed the gasket used silocone and checked to see that the pan and the flange wasnt warped (learned to do that after changing the gasget on my friends car 4 times) every thing is good. dont now for sure if its the main seal havent riped it apart to check.

ok after looking at the oil leak a little more closely, i have decided that the oil is leaking from the oil pump housing. so this means that it is probably the main seal....right?!

For future installation tips, when you do you oil pan gasket you need to hammer the rivets out of the oil pan. When you tight in you oil pan it makes a rivet that looks like this __/\_ , well every time you put on a new gasket and tight in it down, those rivets will rip the gasket.
