Default Re: info about this Turbo R (DC2R714)

actually in tboth of those videos i was running 10psi on my T3/04e. The track one was on Azeni's Hense the slow times. Ive made numerous 12.0 passes on DR's letting off the gas thru the traps so i wouldnt get boosted. I never got to run it myself on the T67, but the new owner has made many mid 11sec passes on 15psi on radials and only took 1 pass on small slicks and went 11.2 and got threown out of the track immediately
I didnt have the money yet to get the T67. Jeff didnt tell me he was selling it until right after the Honda meet. So i picked it up like the week or so after.

That list that nate posted for the most part was all correct. Any other info you need? The car currently resides with a new owner and he daily drives the beast on 450whp. sickness. lol. He said he loves it though.

Pete,

Were you loosing a crap load of traction in those videos or was that just how fast the car went in the RPM's. I figured by at least 3 gear you had traction but I'm not sure. That car reminded me of how fast that Mime Staged Skyline reved.

Incredible car!

thanks for your like in the car. I miss it much , but onto bigger and better things. I got a low 10 sec street bike and i got a house now. Maybe after the wedding ill try and scrape money together to build another car

Yes the revs go up that quick. gotta love short gears. i dont think in that vid it was blazing them tooo bad. but its been a while. when i put the t67 in, i used to break the tires loose from a roll in 5th on the highway .man it was fun

Full Race made my turbo

NO , as stated above, no one has any videos with my t67 in the car. I sold the car shortly after installing it, i made a few dyno passes and sold it. The one time i tried to go to the track when that turbo was on i had ignition probs and fucked my whole weekend. I never made it back to the track before selling it. but as you see in my sig below the car went
11.5@125 on 15psi pump gas on radials
11.2@128-130 on 15psi pump gas on small slicks

Those are some sweet videos.

I have to wonder how long that turbo r would last doing those highway runs at over 140mph for an extended period of time....

It's such a rush though. I've been there!
