01 hayabusa 1300 front end forks

Hoping someone here me be able to help us out .We are in bad need of a steel sterring neck to use with a 01 hayabusa 1300 front end .The sterring stem Is 7" from the bottom of the lower tree bearing race to the top of the upper tree bearing race. we're building this trike for our local VFW post to give to a disable member that is no longer able to ride a 2 wheeler. As he is in a wheelchair. Myself and 2 BTW members are just donating our time to do the work for them, I have everyone working on this project on hold till i can get this neck is about the last part we need that we don't have,Welding it "the sterring neck" on the home made frame we have built and installing the frontend on and hooking up the controls It will complete . If you feel that you can help us out and can make this for us it would really help us out.Thanks for your time and willness to help. not looking for a freebee or hand out, just someone that knows what their doing and set up to do this knid of work.
